The following instructions are to help you with the configuration of Outlook Express:
Launch Outlook Express
To add the new ASKI.CA account select TOOLS, then select ACCOUNTS.
NOTE: Delete any existing email accounts, by highlighting and clicking REMOVE.
When the Internet Accounts box appears, select the MAIL tab
Click the ADD button, and select MAIL
This launches a set up wizard.
Enter a display name (i.e. First and Last Name), press NEXT.

Enter your aski.ca e-mail address
Click NEXT
Select POP3 (aski.ca supports IMAP as well) from the drop down menu.
Enter mail.aski.ca for the incoming and for the outgoing mail servers.
Click NEXT

Enter your
FULL EMAIL ADDRESS
as your account name.
Enter your password, you may place a checkmark on remember password and enter your password.
Do not mark Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)
Click NEXT
Click FINISH to create the mail account.
You will be returned to the mail account window.
Your new aski.ca account will now appear as mail.aski.ca.
Highlight mail.aski.ca, and click on properties.

Click on the SERVERS tab
My incoming mail server should be set to POP3 or IMAP
In order to send mail through our server, you will need to check the option for "My server requires authentication" under the Outgoing Mail Server
Click APPLY, then click OK
