The following instructions are to help you with the configuration of Outlook 2003:

Launch Outlook 2003

To add your new aski.ca account click tools and select E-mail accounts.

When the Email Accounts box appears, select Add a new e-mail account.

Click Next

Click on POP3 and press Next.

Enter your name and E-mail address under User Information.

Enter "pop.aski.ca" for the incoming mail server (POP3).

Enter "mail.aski.ca" for the outgoing mail server (SMTP).

Enter your Full E-mail address for the User Name.

Enter your password (click remember password if you desire)

Click "More Settings"

Click on the "Outgoing Server" tab.

Click the check box beside "My Outgoing Server (SMTP) requires authentication."

Click "OK"

Click "Next"

Click "Finish"

You are now done setting up your new email address!
